His consulting practice specialized in strategic planning, Board & staff development, and the design of innovative leadership systems.\n\n\n \nTony is a doctoral student at Florida State University, earned a Masters in Public Administration from Florida International University, and holds undergraduate degrees in psychology and communications. He is a certified association executive (CAE) and a graduate of the U.S. Chamber’s Institute for Organizational Management (IOM) where he not only earned a specialty certification in non-profit management and administration but also has been an instructor in the program for the last 10 years.\n\n\n \n                                       \n
