After 18 years as a social worker and executive director in long-term care, she recognized the need for early aging discussions. Annalee facilitates proactive family dialogue, empowering them to navigate complexities like dementia, caregiver burnout, and healthcare systems. She initiated the Care Right Family Caregiver Solutions Facebook group, providing global support.
