Travis focuses his practice on representing ultra-high net worth families, business owners, executives, and family offices, including advising on all aspects of estate planning and trust and estate administration-related matters, as well as resolving high stakes fiduciary and beneficiary disputes both in and out of court.  He is a frequent speaker and author on estate planning and estate and trust administration topics.\n \nTravis is an active member of the Executive Council for the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law (RPPTL) Section of The Florida Bar. He currently serves as Chair of the RPPTL Trust Law Committee and Vice-Chair of the RPPTL Legislation Committee. He is also the immediate past Chair of the RPPTL Probate Law and Procedure Committee, as well as a past Chair of the Probate Rules Committee for The Florida Bar. In recognition of his service to the RPPTL Section, Travis was awarded the At-Large Member of the Year award in 2014 and the Rising Star award in 2018.\n \nTravis is an active Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). He currently serves on the Fiduciary Administration Task Force, Fiduciary Income Tax Committee, Fiduciary Litigation Committee, and Communications Committee for ACTEC.\n \nIn addition to his work at the state and national levels, Travis is an active member of the local Bar.  Travis is a past President of the Collier County Bar Association.
