Kayla Richmond is a Florida Bar Board Certified expert in Marital & Family Law with Henderson Franklin. She handles cases involving dissolution of marriage (divorce), child custody, paternity, child support, adoptions and domestic violence injunctions. Throughout her career, Kayla has received much recognition for her work in family law, including being named a “Rising Star” by Florida Super Lawyers® (2016-2023), a “Florida Super Lawyer” (2025), and a “Top Lawyer” by Naples Illustrated magazine (2019, 2021-2024), and was recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for her work in family law in years 2021-2025. She was also named an “Up & Comer” by Florida Trend magazine, an honor awarded to only 138 Florida attorneys in 2017.
Robin D. Merriman II is a Florida Bar Board Certified Expert in Wills, Trusts, and Estates. He is the founder and owner of The Merriman Law Firm. Robin obtained his Juris Doctor at the University of Miami School of Law and his Master of Laws in Taxation from the New York University School of Law. While Robin’s practice covers the gamut of wills, trusts, estates, and guardianship, much of his practice is devoted to trust, estate, and guardianship litigation.
