1. Cajun Blackened Salmon (lemon beurre Blanc) with jasmine rice and broccoli 
2.  Chicken Florentine with Mashed Potatoes and Mixed Vegetables 
3.  Southwest Salad Romaine, tomatoes, red peppers, corn and black bean salsa, diced avocado, tortilla strips and served with Avocado Ranch on the side (Vegetarian)
