Lowell S. Schoenfeld is a partner of Schoenfeld Kyle & Associates LLP, a law firm specializing in estate planning, probate, corporate law, and elder law.  He provides legal expertise and service to clients in the practice areas of estate planning and administration, corporate and business planning matters, and wealth and asset preservation and protection. Lowell is board certified by The Florida Bar as an expert in wills, trusts and estates. He has earned an AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell®, the highest recognition possible in the legal industry. Lowell is a member of The Florida Bar and Lee County and American Bar Associations. Lowell has been a resident of Lee County since 1976 and is past president and a current member of the Lee County Estate Planning Council and The Planned Giving Council of Lee County, Inc. Lowell enjoys fishing and golf in his spare time and is a three-time consecutive winner of the Fingers O’Bannon Snook Tournament at Cabbage Key.

Jennifer J. Hammond is an attorney with Schoenfeld Kyle & Associates LLP, a law firm specializing in estate planning, probate, corporate law, and elder law. Jennifer focuses on estate planning, trust administration, taxation, probate, corporate, business and partnership law, as well as wealth preservation. Prior to joining Schoenfeld Kyle & Associates LLP in 2015, she practiced law in Maryland and was a consultant in Baltimore, Maryland, Washington, D.C. and London, England. Jennifer has over 25 years of investigation, compliance and legal experience, and is a member of the American, Florida, Lee County and Maryland Bar Associations. Jennifer is also a member of the Lee County Association of Women Lawyers. She moved to Florida in 2014. Jennifer enjoys spending time outdoors. She loves the beach, water sports, golfing, hiking, NFL football, and the occasional trip back to Maryland – during warm weather – to see friends and family. She is also passionate about Alzheimer’s research.
