Benefits: • Your company will be identified as the sponsor in our email blast to the members announcing the luncheon. • Your company will be listed on the website as the sponsor of the luncheon. Details are posted at the latest of the luncheon announcement or when the request and payment has been received. • Ability to place literature on the tables • Opportunity to address the group for a maximum of 3 minutes before the presentation • Networking with the membership before the meeting • Waiver of the Guest fee for one person if the sponsor is a non-member
Please note sponsorships are secured on a first-come, first-served basis. There can only be one sponsorship per meeting. The EPC retains the right to decline a request or specific meeting date for sponsorship.
Meetings: They are typically held on the 3rd Thursday of the month January through May and September through December. Please confirm the meeting date with the 1st Vice President.
Timeline:
Cost: Member sponsorships are $350. Non-Member sponsorships are $450. Once the sponsorship and meeting date are approved, you can pay online (Member or Non-Member); or by a check payable to Estate Planning Council of Lee County mailed to our EPC Council Treasurer, 8961 Conference Dr. #1, Fort Myers, FL 33919. Details of the sponsorship will be announced at the luncheon, or in advance if the request and payment have been received in time. The fee includes luncheon for one person.
The Process: A sponsorship request must be submitted on the website or to the 1st Vice President, who will consult with the Board; and payment to the Treasurer must be completed in sufficient time for the above to occur prior to the selected meeting.
